Being a first time mum, I wanted to ensure that I did plenty of research before using a pregnancy multivitamin and was relieved when I was finally recommended Perdays.
I am currently 27 weeks pregnant and I have been using both the probiotic and key essentials for a number of months. I have been extremely happy with both of the Perdays products. The capsules are easy to swallow and I have had no issues taking the probiotic in the morning without food. From an ingredients perspective, it had everything I was looking for and more. I will continue to use both of these products until I give birth and highly recommend these based on my experience so far.

I really like these iron supplements. Lots of other brands give me an upset stomach and I thought I'd give these a try as I wanted to try the probiotics too. Very glad that I did. Similar price as my previous brand but I like that these have Vitamin C to aid in absorbtion.

I wanted the best product out there and my research led me to this product. I loved that it was an Aussie brand and that it was the latest science.
I have issues with reflux/burping, so I did notice I do get fishy burps sometimes. I just experiment with taking it at different stages of my meal and it's bearable. it's definitely worth it.
The packaging is exquisite, the unwrapping and overall product presentation (bottle) are fine quality and it feels like a very premium product.
I feel good knowing I am taking the steps to give our future baby the best start.

These are perfect for women such as myself who struggle to swallow large pregnancy multivitamins. I have peace of mind knowing that my folate intake is where it needs to be prior to conceiving.

Fast delivery, package is lovely. Easy to take tablets and do not repeat on me when taken after a meal. Will definitely continue to use this brand for prenatal vitamins.
