How to take

Take one capsule, twice a day with a main meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warning

Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. I've tried a few different prenatals and found the high doses of B vitamins made me feel "jittery" and off. Perdays has been excellent, it ticks all the boxes with folic acid and iodine but has a sensible amount of other vitamins that I can actually tolerate. There is no herbal or fishy after taste and I have no issues with burping or nausea. It is more pricier than other prenatal but I don't mind if it works.

Product seems great but the overkill in packaging is outrageous. I picked up 2 separate boxes, each larger than a large shoebox for 4 of these very small bottles. The bottles themselves are excessively boxed, then those boxes are packed in excessively large boxes. I thought I'd accidentally way over ordered when I picked it up from the post office. Not used to this kind of thing these days. Most companies I order from are so conscious of their packaging.
