How to take

Take one capsule, twice a day with a main meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Really Pleasant
After a lot of research I discovered per days. I like to take 2 tablets per day to distribute the nutrients more consistently. They are small capsules, in a beautiful container. Would recommend.
