How to take

Bump to Breast Prenatal Multi:

Take 2 tablets per day with a main meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Breastfeeding Probiotic & Vitamin D:

Take one capsule per day on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
